H-4 Category (Spouse and dependents of H Category)
The spouse and the dependent children of an Indian candidate, who is under approved H category status, can accompany or follow to join the candidate in US, subject to the same period of admission and limitations as the candidate.

Neither the spouse nor a child of the beneficiary can accept employment unless he / she is a candidate of an approved petition filed on his / her behalf and has been granted a nonimmigrant status authorizing his/her employment.

(12) Copy of the form I-797, I-129 and LCA of prime applicant

(13) Copy of the work experience letters of the prime applicant

(14) Copy of the letter of offer of US company of the prime applicant

(15) Pay stubs from prime applicant's current employment and IT return
