(1) Child under 18 must provide a notarized authorization signed by anyone of his/her parent/s or legal guardian, in case he / she travels without one or both parents or without a legal guardian. This should be presented at the U.S. Port of Entry.
(2) Only photocopies of documents should be provided, as the visa authority Goes not guarantee the return of any original documents. But the original documents should be presented as and when requested by the authority.
