Your Ad Here	K2 Visa - Child of the Fiance of a U.S. Citizen Supporting Documents for a K2 visa are same as a K1 visa. K2 visa applicants should take following documents with them to interview: (1) Original Passport with a validity of at least six months from the date of interview (2) Two completed DS-156 (nonimmigrant visa application) forms (3) Two completed DS-3052 Supplemental Application Forms (4) Photos (two inches / 50 X 50 mm square, showing full face, against a light background)
(5) Copy of the child's birth certificate issued by the Registrar of Births. (6) Other evidence showing the relationship to the K-1 visa applicant. (7) A demand draft for the Visa Application fee made out to "American Consulate / Embassy" as the case may be, and drawn on a nationalized or foreign bank with a branch in the city where appearing for the interview. (For visa fee refer above).
K3 / K4 visa - spouse / minor child of US Citizen Spouses of the U.s. Citizen and the spouse's children can enter the United States on nonimmigrant visas (K-3 and K-4) and wait in the United States to complete the immigration process. Before a K-4 visa can be issued to a child, the parent must have a K-3 visa or be in K3 status. Spouse of a u.s. Citizen is eligible to apply for a K-3 visa provided he / she is married to a U.S. Citizen who has filed an immigrant visa petition on Form I-130 (Immigrant petition for Alien Relative) with the USCIS office that serves the area where he / she lives on behalf of the Indian Spouse. The U.S. Citizen applicant must also file a second petition on Form I-129F along with the supporting documents and a copy of the Form I-797 with the USCIS in the United States making the Indian applicant fully eligible to apply for a K-3 visa. USICS must approve this second petition and forward the same to NVC before the spouse in India can begin processing of a K-3 visa in India. The approved petition on I-129F will be forwarded to the Embassy / Consulate in India from the National Visa Center (NVC) in the United States.
Your Ad Here	To qualify for K-4 visa, an applicant must be the minor, unmarried child under 21 years of age of a qualified K-3 applicant. The U.S. Citizen who filed an I-129F petition for his/her spouse does not have to file a separate I-129F petition for the child of that spouse. These children should, however, be listed on the I-129F petition of the Spouse. A child with a K"4 visa will not be able to file for adjustment of status in the United States until the U.S. Citizen parent / stepparent files an immigrant visa petition (I-130) for that child. K-3 visa must be applied from the country where the marriage of the applicant and the sponsor took place. The following will be required for K-3 / K-4 application in India:

Note: If possible take marriage photographs and other proof to establish that the marriage is genuine. The consular officer is at liberty to ask for any other document as he / she deem fit.

The I-129F petition is valid for 4 months from the date of approval. A consular officer can extend the validity of the petition (revalidate) if the same expires before finishing the processing of the visa.

Documents in foreign languages should be translated into English.
