Spouse/Civil Partners and Dependent Children to Overseas Domestic Workers
Conditions for admission as spouse / civil partner:
. Applicant must be spouse I civil partner to a person who has been granted entry clearance as overseas domestic worker (sponsor).
. Applicant and the sponsor must live together during the sponsor's stay and the marriage / civil partnership subsists.
. Applicant must demonstrate that there is adequate accommodation for the parties (and/or any dependants) without recourse to public funds, in the accommodation owned or occupied exclusively by the sponsor.
. Applicant must provide evidence that he and the sponsor will, be able to maintain themselves (and/or any dependants) adequately without recourse to public funds.

The applicant is joining/ accompanying the sole surviving parent; or
The parent has sole responsibility for the applicant's upbringing; or
There are exceptional reasons for allowing entry and suitable arrangements had been made for the applicant's care before his parents left for the UK.

Additional Documents Required
. Applicant should submit all the available documents proving the qualification & eligibility to enter UK for this visa.
. Photocopy of the passport of the sponsor showing permission to stay in the UK provided the sponsor is already in the UK.
. Applicant is advised to read the conditions as explained above carefully and fulfill the conditions with supporting documents.
