Who Can Apply?
. Persons who were settled in the UK when last left.
. Persons who have not been away for more than two years and are coming back to the UK to live here permanently.
. Persons who do not need help from public funds to leave the UK.
.Persons who have been away from the UK for more than two years, may still qualify to return to the UK as a returning resident if, for example, have strong family ties or have lived there most of the life.

Documents Required
The applicant should submit all the available documents proving the qualification & eligibility to enter UK through this visa, including evidence that the applicant used to live in the UK, for example a previous passport, National Insurance or income tax records, letters from employers or pay slips.
