For applicants Visiting for religious purposes
(a) Applicant must be a minister of religion or professional preacher visiting the UK on a preaching tour.
(b) Applicant's tour must not exceed 6 months.
(c) Applicant's tour should involve only preaching, be consistent with the person's employment in India and not constitute disguised employment as a minister of religion.
(d) A minister of a religious order may also visit the UK to attend an interview for a job as a minister of religion.
