Transit Visa and Visit Visa through Dubai Visa Processing Centre
Emirate Airlines has started a special facility for its passengers from India to get the Visa processed locally in India through Dubai Visa Processing Centre (DVPC) located at Delhi and Mumbai. The Dubai Visa shall be issued exclusively to the passengers traveling to Dubai by Emirates Airlines and the passengers will be sponsored by Emirates Airlines.

Who can apply?
Passengers of Emirates Airlines traveling through Dubai Airport or traveling to Dubai. Passengers traveling through Dubai should apply for Transit Visa and passengers traveling to Dubai should apply for Visit visa.

Conditions
The applicant should have traveled once in last five years to or holds a valid visa' of anyone of the following countries viz.- UK, US, Canada, Schengen Countries, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Russia. OR The applicant has traveled twice in the last five years to some foreign destination outside India except SAARC countries. OR The gross annual income of the applicant is Rs. 200,000 or more. OR The principal applicant has long term fixed deposits or similar investments to the tune of Rs. 500,000 or more from the pas H year or more (except co-operative bank).

Documents Required
Completed application form duly signed by the applicant.
Respective Visa processing Fees payable in cash or by Demand Draft favoring DVPC A/c ABN AMRO 2537893, payable at Mumbai.
Visa fee indicated above is inclusive of all taxes.
Original passport of the applicant (valid to at least 6 months).
Emirates Airlines air ticket.

If the passport does not meet the validity requirement as above or the applicant has not traveled outside India:
Photocopy of last 2 years IT returns or Form 16 of previous year (Original + 1 copy).
Letter from the applicant's employer showing details of the employment/business/ profession.
If passport meets the validity requirement as above
Evidence of the valid visa/travel (Original and one copy of the relevant pages of the passport).

If traveling in group or through Incentive and applying through Travel Agent or individually:
Completed application form duly signed by the applicant.
Respective Visa processing Fees payable in cash or by Demand Draft favoring DVPe.
Original passport of the applicant.
Emirates Airlines air ticket.
Guarantee letter from the corporate sponsoring the incentive tour on their letterhead with the list of names and passport numbers and a covering letter from the Corporate Official Tour Operator with details of travelers. (See Annexure UAE-II).
Income Tax return of last 2 years (for fresh applicants).
Tour itinerary.
When applying through travel agent for group, the travel agent should also attach a letter on his letter head. (See Annexure UAE-III).

Note:
The processing time for these visas is 3 working days.
This is a single entry permit visa.
Visa will be stamped at the Dupai International Airport.
The validity for using both the Visit & the 4 days visa is 59 days from the date of issue.
The holder of this visa must exit within the period of stay authorized. Holder of this visa must enter and depart the UAE through Dubai airport only.
Flights to/from Dubai must be only on Emirates. Use of any other airlines voids the visa.
There is no refund of visa fee in case of inability to use the visa or rejection.
Unaccompanied minors and students cannot apply through DVPC. In the event of unauthorized overstay for whatever reason, there is a fine of DHS.100 per person per day, besides inviting legal action. In case applicant is going to some other destination through Dubai and wants to stay in Dubai on outbound and inbound, then 2 visa application forms must be submitted.
In the event of refusal or issuance of visa, a special remark will appear on the PNR of the applicant's air ticket.
The applicant must carry only the PNR printout with endorsed visa message (as visa proof) and the visa will be stamped on the passport at the Dubai airport.
