Residence Entry Permit – Relatives of Residence
Who can Apply?
'Relatives' here means wife and children. Brothers, sisters, Uncles and Aunts can't come on this residence permit. They will have to apply for a visit visa. The application must be made in U AE by the local resident.

Documents Required
Completed application form duly signed by the resident. Photocopy of the passport of the resident sponsor.
Photocopy of the passport of the visitor.

Marriage contract duly issued by the Indian authorities and stamped. Birth certificates for the children who are under 18 years of age. Relation proof from the Indian embassy in UAE.
Copy of the work contract or salary certificate. (Salary of the UAE resident should not be less than Dhs 3000 plus accommodation Or Dhs. 4000).
Electronic card issued to the resident by the UAE authorities.

Note:
1. Visit visa can also be changed to Residence entry permit during the stay of the applicant while in UAE.
2. In case of any urgency, the visa can also be applied on urgent basis by paying Dhs. 100 as urgent fees.
3. This visa is renewable every year.
4. Holder of this visa may enter and depart the UAE through any airport.
5. The sponsor must deposit the visa at the airport immigration at least one hour before the arrival of the flight along with Dhs 10 as processing fees.
6. A copy of the visa must be faxed to the applicant when it is ready.
7. Visa is stamped at the airport on arrival.
8. This is a multiple entry permit visa.
