No visa is required for: Holders of a valid permanent residence permit of an EU or an EFTA country. Holders of a US green card. Holders of a valid permanent residence permit of Canada, Androrra, Monaco and San Marino when stay not exceeding 3 months.
Documents Required Completed application form (see Annexure SWISS-I). Valid passport Valid for at least 3 months after the visa expiry. Having undamaged blank pages for visa sticker. Previous passport (if any). Photocopy of first and last page of the valid passport.
Latest passport size photo. Evidence regarding payment of required visa fees. Return air ticket confirmed / confirmation of reservation (original & copy). If employed, letter from the employer detailing the position, length of service, whether the applicant is registered for tax, purpose of visit & whether the expenses are being covered by employer. Statement of accounts for the last 3 months. Letter of Invitation by Swiss Company (also to be faxed to the Embassy). In case the applicant has been refused visa by any Embassy in the past 5 years Explanation in writing giving purpose of that trip and reason for refusal.
