Who can Apply?
This visa is issued to the applicants and their accompanying children whose spouse is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Documents Required

Duly completed and signed application Form 14 (See Annexure Singapore-II) by each applicant.

Duly completed and signed Form.V-39 A (LOI) (See Annexure Singapore-V) by each applicant including children.

1 passport size color photograph affixed on Form 14.

A valid passport of the applicant.

Photocopies of bio-data page, endorsement pages and last 3 pages of the applicant's passport.

Photocopy of the local contact's Singapore Identity Card. If the applicant is the wife of Singapore Citizen/SPR:
Duly completed Form VI07 (see Annexure Singapore-VII), Letter from registered doctor stating applicant's expected date of delivery in case the applicant is pregnant original and a copy.

Birth certificate of children, if any - original and a copy. Identity card of the sponsor - original and a copy. Highest educational certificates of applicant and sponsor original and a copy.

Employment letters of the sponsor detailing date of appointment, designation and pay per month.

In case the sponsor is self-employed, valid Registration Certificate from Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and Profit & Loss statement for the past 1 year of the business - original and a copy.

Income Tax Notice of Assessment of the past 3 years of the sponsor - original and a copy.

CPF Statement showing monthly CPF contribution of the past 1 year - original and a copy.

Any other document as deemed fit by the authorities.

Note: The spouse in Singapore must sponsor the applicant. Original supporting documents will be returned immediately after checking at the submission counter.
Visa processing time is 3 working days.
