Important Information for all Applicants
Indians traveling to Singapore require a pass (visa) to enter Singapore
Holders of Diplomatic and Official Services passports are exempted from visa requirements
Applicants in certain cases may need Letter of Introduction (LOI), issued by a local contact being a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident in Singapore.
. In case the applicant is not able to furnish a LOI from a local contact, he may approach the Embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue a LOI to support the application.
Visa Express Service, by which visa can be collected on the same day, is provided at an extra charge of Singapore $ 100/ per application.

Visa service during holidays or after working hours for genuine emergency cases will be available between 12.00 to 12.30 PM and 9.00 to 9.30 PM on payment of an additional fee of S$ 120.
Consular Officer has right to refuse services on holidays / after office hours if he feels it is not a genuine emergency case.

All documents that need to be translated into English should be translated by professionals.
A valid passport is one which is valid for at least 6 months at the time of submission of visa application.
All forms should be duly completed and signed by the applicant. Incomplete/ unsigned forms may result in non­ acceptance/ rejection thereof.
Every visa application is considered on its merits.
Photograph specifications:
Photograph should be colored.
Photograph should be 35 mm (width) by 45 mm (height) without border and taken within the last three months.
It should show full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with religious or racial customs. The headgear must not hide the applicant's facial features.
The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown and

It should be taken against plain white background with a Matt or semi-Matt finish.
Processing Fee:
Required processing fee for every category is mentioned against the same below.
Processing fee once deposited will not be refunded.
If application deposited over the counter in Singapore, fee should be paid by NETS, Cash Card or EZ link cards at the time of submission of the application.
If submitted in India, fee is payable in equivalent Indian currency at the Embassy at the time of submission of the application.
If submitted by post, deposit box or SAVE, fee should be paid by Visa/Master Cards or Visa Electronic/Master Card Debit Card by completing the "Credit/Debit Card Form V90" (See Annexure Singapore-I) and furnishing the same alongwith the application.
