d) Government / Government-aided / Independent Schools.
For New Applicants
All documents same as given under "Institutes of Technical Education, New Applicants" except that

(i) instead of two sets, only one set of documents should be filled-in here, and
(ii) Acceptance letter from the applicant's school should not be older than one week.

For Renewal of Student Passes

The documents given below are required only for student applicants who wish to continue the same course in the same school but their pass is due to expire and they wish to get their pass renewed. 1 set of duly completed and signed Form V16 (see Annexure Singapore-IX).

1 set of duly completed and signed Form V39S (see Annexure Singapore-XI).

1 set of duly completed and signed Form V39Q (see Annexure Singapore-XIV).

Rest of the documents and conditions (given in Notes) remain same as given under Foreign System Schools-Renewal of Student Passes.
