	(b) Foreign System, Schools For New applicants Duly completed and signed Form V103 (see Annexure. Singapore-XIII). Photocopy of the passport of the applicant. Original letter from the applicant's school accepting the admission of the applicant addressed to ICA. It should not be older than 1 month prior to the date of application. If applicant is a child/ step child of SC/SPR: Photocopy of the parent's / step parent's official marriage certificate/ divorce certificate and applicant's custody paper, where applicable.
Photocopy of the parent's/step parent's highest educational certificate. Parent' s/ step parent's letter of employment stating date of commencement of employment, designation, and salary per month or copy of Business Registration Certificate (Instant Computer Printout) if applicant's parent/ step parent is self-employed. These documents should not be older than 1 month. Parent' s/ step parent's monthly CPF contribution for the past 12 months. Photocopy of the parent's/step parent's Income Tax Assessment Notices for the past 3 years.
If the applicant is the spouse of a SC/SPR: - Photocopy of the spouse's marriage certificate/divorce certificate, where applicable. Photocopy of the spouse's highest educational certificates. Spouse's letter of employment stating date of commencement of employment, designation, and salary per month or Business Registration Certificate (Instant Computer Printout) if applicant's spouse is self-employed. These documents should not be older than 1 month.
Spouse's monthly CPF contribution for the past 12 months. Photocopy of the spouse's Income Tax Assessment Notices for the past 3 years. Note: All new applications should be submitted at least 2 months prior to the course commencement date. Form V36S is not required here.
	For Renewal of Student Passes The documents listed below are required only for student applicants who wish to continue the same course in the same school but their pass is due to expire and they wish to get their pass renewed. 2 sets of duly completed and signed Form 16 (see Annexure Singapore-IX) by the applicant and the school. Passport of the applicant. Applicant's Student's Pass Card. Applicant's Disembarkation/Embarkation (green) Card. Applicant's Visit Pass. Original letter from the applicant's school accepting the admission of the applicant addressed to ICA and this should not be older than 2 weeks prior to the date of application.

Notes: 1. Processing time is about 3 working days.
2. Applicant must collect the Student Pass in person from the Visitor Service Centre of ICA with originals and a valid immigration pass.

3. Fee for each student is S$ 40 per annum and part thereof. If visa to enter or stay in Singapore beyond the visa-free period is required, then an additional fee of S$ 20 will have to be paid for a single entry visa or S$40 for a multiple entry visa with the issue of the Student's Pass. This fee is applicable only for successful applicants.

4. The student must not join any school or course other than the one indicated on the Student Pass.
