Who can Apply?

Applicants desiring entry into Singapore for any purpose except social and business visa can apply under this category. Singapore Missions in India issue Social Visit and Business Visas besides the Entry Visa.

Documents Required

Duly completed and signed visa application Form 14 (see Annexure Singapore-II).

Duly completed and signed Introduction Form V39A (see Annexure Singapore-V).

Valid Passport of the applicant.

Photocopy of the passport data and last pages.

2 passport size photographs as per the specifications given earlier.

Confirmed return/ onward air ticket.

Valid visa for the onward destination, if required.

Proof of sufficient funds to support the entire stay of the applicant in Singapore.

Notes: Visitors can not enter into Singapore without a valid Entry Visa.

The processing fee has to be paid at the time of application and is non-refundable.

Processing time is 3 working days including the day of submission.

Grant of entry and duration of stay of the applicant in Singapore is determined by the Immigration Officer upon arrival of the applicant at the entry point in Singapore. Applicant must ensure that the Passport contains blank pages for the visa to be pasted on. No visa will be pasted on any insert/ additional sheet.

Airline staff traveling on open air-ticket will have to produce a no objection letter from the airline concerned with the applicant's identity card along with the submission of the application form.
