Who can Apply?

This visa is issued to applicants who would like to visit Singapore for the purpose of business, such as attending business negotiations and discussions, exhibition etc.

Documents Required
Duly completed and signed application Form 14 (See Annexure Singapore-II) by each applicant.

The checklist 4 (See Annexure Singapore-III).

Duly completed and signed Form V52 (see Annexure Singapore-IV) by each applicant.

Duly completed and signed Form V-39 A (LOI) (See Annexure Singapore-V) by each applicant. The local contact must be a Singapore registered corporation.

2 passport size color photographs. One affixed on Form 14 and other attached with paper clip.

A valid passport of the applicant.

Photocopies of bio-data page, endorsement pages and last 3 pages of the applicant's passport.

A computer printout of the Singaporian registered company's detailed business profile. This will be provided by the Singapore company to the applicant after obtaining the same from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Singapore.

Confirmed onward/ return air ticket

Note: Applicant might be asked to provide proof of sufficient funds for stay in Singapore.

Any other document as deemed fit by the authorities. Original supporting documents will be returned immediately after checking at the submission counter.

Visa processing time is 3 working days.
