Who can Apply?
This visa is issued to applicants with job offers from an establishment in Saudi Arabia. Work permits are applied for by the employer with proper government bodies - Interior and labour & Social Affairs Ministries.

Documents Required
Application form duly completed and signed by the applicant.
See Annexure Saudi-I .
Passport valid for minimum 6 months at the time of application.

2 coloured passport size photographs, with white background: one affixed on the application form and the other attached by a paper dip.
Travel ticket (Saudia Airline I Air India only).
Original Power of Attorney in the name of applicant or in the name of travel agency approved by Embassy.
Payment order for 2000 Riyal towards visa fee paid in Saudi Arabia by the sponsor.
Medical certificate from a doctor approved by Embassy.
Covering letter from the applicant addressed to the head of consular section.
Original Authority letter duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or issued by the Court of Law.
Original payment slip or its photocopy if issued for different countries (from Saudi Arabia).

All degrees duly attested by the concerned authorities in case of technical category.
Applicants must have an authorization from Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (obtained by their sponsor in Saudi Arabia after applying on behalf of the applicant). Both job title and nationality must match the authorization received by the Embassy.
Applicant should also provide a letter of introduction from the sponsor in Saudi Arabia, copy of employment contract, copy of academic qualification certificates and CV.
Notes:
1. A minimum of 48 hours is required to process the visa.
2. Validity of visa is 90 days.
3. Stay period is 90 days. The visa can be extended by the sponsor in Saudi Arabia.
