Who can apply?
Seamen proceeding to Saudi Arabia to join a ship as a part of duty
Documents Required
Application form duly completed and signed by the applicant. See Annexure Saudi-I.
Valid Passport
2 coloured passport size photographs, with white background: one affixed on the application form and the other attached by a paper clip:
Applicant must hold Guarantee Letter from shipping company with seamen book.
Fax copy of the letter sent by the shipping agent in Saudi Arabia directly to Embassy detailing the particulars of seamen, date & port of joining ship is to be submitted.
Other documents are same as for Business visa.
