Appointements for Visa in New Delhi:
The Netherlands embassy will accept visa and MVV applications only through an appointment. Appointments can only be made through the following number: - (011) - 24197750.
The appointment can be obtained from Monday through Thursday between 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 13:00 a.m. - 16:00 p.m. and on Friday between 10:00 a.m. - 14:00 p.m.
While taking the appointment, the following details of the applicant should be given:
1. Name
2. Date of birth

Visa application can be submitted during the morning hours from Monday through Friday, except holidays, at the time given to the applicant while taking the appointment.
Agents submitting applications for third parties also need to make an appointment. At the time of making the appointment the number of applications as well as the names of the applicants will have to be communicated.
Appointments will be deemed forfeited if the applicant/ agent is not present at the time allotted to him/her. In this case a new appointment will have to be made.

Application depositing after appointment:
Monday - Friday: During the time so appointed.
