Information Common to all Applicants
Netherlands/Holland falls under Schengen Countries.
If the applicant is going to visit a Non-Schengen country after visiting a Schengen country, first, the applicant should obtain visa for the onward destination country.
Visa purpose cannot be altered after issuance of visa.
Visa cannot be issued on additional pages of the passport.
Written consent from parents and their signature on the application form along with their passport photocopy (for signature verification) is required in case the applicant is Minor.

Visa issuance does not guarantee access to Schengen territories because the immigration officer at the border is the deciding authority. Hence it is suggested to carry copy of the invitation letter and proof of enough financial means, while traveling.
MVV applicants should apply at least six weeks prior to the intended date of travel.
To visit Netherlands Antilles (Bona ire, Curacao, Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Maarten) and Aruba a separate visa will be required and the same is also issued by the embassy or consulate in India.
