Visa Application Procedure
All applications must be deposited in person by the applicant himself/herself with prior appointment with the embassy or consulate. OR through an appointed agent.
Applicant/agent should contact the Netherlands embassy or consulate through special number for appointments, as mentioned earlier.
At the time of seeking appointment for depositing the application form, applicant must indicate his/her own Name, Date of birth and Passport number.
Applicant/ agent must reach the embassy or consulate at the fixed date and time so given along with his/her application form and required documents.
Applicant/ agent must carry a demand draft in favour of the "Royal Netherlands Embassy, New Delhi" (if applying in Delhi) as application fee or cash if applying at Mumbai.
