(Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Maarten)
Common Procedures
Indian nationals intending to travel to any of the islands mentioned above for the purpose of business / tourism / other reasons need to apply for a visitor's visa.
Netherlands embassy in New Delhi and Consulate General in Mumbai can issue multiple entry visas with maximum duration of one year.
Maximum permissible duration to stay in Netherlands Antilles is for 30 days. Visa holder intending to stay for longer, will have to seek permission with the local head of police on the island itself after arrival.

A Visa holder is allowed to stay for 90 days in a twelve month period, with a multiple entry visa which is valid for one year. i.e., 6 entries of 15 days each.
A visa holder is entitled to travel entire Netherlands Antilles. Although the main destination will be mentioned on visa sticker.
A visa holder is entitled to visit the other islands except Aruba island for which a separate visa has to be obtained.
Visa for other purposes like for residence / family reunion / for taking up employment are issued according to the national law of the destination island. Applications for these visas are made at the competent authorities of the island by the sponsor and these visas cannot be applied at the Netherlands embassy in New Delhi / Consulate General in Mumbai.

Although the applicant is in possession of "Landings Permit", the applicant still needs to obtain a visitor's visa in order to enter the island.
Visa cannot be issued on additional pages of passport.
Airport transit visa is not required for Indian nationals to stay in the transit zone for up to 48 hours in anyone of the islands. If stay required is more than 48 hours at the Antilles, then a visitor visa has to be obtained.
The presence of the traveller is a must while submitting the application.

Note: Following needs no visa for Netherlands Antilles
Child below 12 years accompanying parents or guardian.
Captains, passengers or crew members whose ship or airplane docks or lands in Netherlands Antilles up to 48 hours, provided they are not a threat or danger to national security and to the public at large.
Valid resident permit holders of Aruba with validity of 6 months or longer.
