Netherlands Antilles/Aruba:
Maximum permissible duration to stay in Netherlands Antilles is for 30 days. Visa holder who intends staying longer should seek permission with the local head of police on the island itself after arrival.
Visa holder is allowed to stay for 90 days in a twelve month period, with a multiple entry visa which is valid for one year. Le., 6 entries of 15 days each.
The visa holder is entitled to travel entire Netherlands Antilles. Although the main destination will be mentioned on visa sticker, the visa holder is also entitled to visit other islands too. Whereas he/she is not allowed to enter Aruba Island for which a separate visa has to obtained.

Long-stay Visas are issued according to the national law of the destination island. Applications for these visas are made at the competent authorities of the island by the sponsor and these visas cannot be applied for at the Netherlands embassy in New Delhi / consulate general in Mumbai.
Although the applicant is in possession of "Landings Permit", the applicant still needs to obtain a visitor's visa in order to enter the island.
Visa cannot be issued on additional pages of passport.
Airport transit visa is not required for Indian nationals to stay in the transit zone for up to 48 hours in anyone of the islands. If the stay required is for more than 48 hours at the Antilles, then a visitor visa has to be obtained.
On presentation of all relevant documents, visa could be issued between 72 hours to eight days. For certain cases the application may have to be submitted to the competent authorities in Netherlands Antilles/Aruba, hence the issuance of visa might take up to 4-8 weeks.
