Who can Apply?
Applicant participating in an International exchange programme for a period longer than 3 months, organised by a private organisation can apply under this category.

Conditions
Applicant must be aged between 15 and 25 years. Applicant must not be married.
Applicant should not have any responsibility towards his/ her own family members in India.
Applicant must be prepared to undergo tuberculosis examination.
Applicant must not be a threat to the public of the Netherlands. Applicant must get Appendix "Guarantor's declaration" signed from the exchange organisation.
Applicant must not have ever worked anywhere for the host family.
Applicant must produce a marital status certificate.

Documents Required
Avalid passport.
International Health Insurance of the applicant covering the Netherlands
Copy of return ticket or documents proving sufficient funds to purchase the same.
Guarantor's declaration from the private organisation.
An antecedents declaration.
Legalised Birth Certificate of the applicant.
Marital Status Declaration by the applicant staying that he/ she is not married and bears no responsibility towards his/her own family members in India.
The original extract from the Municipal records database (GBA) of the host family in the Netherlands, showing the address and family composition, and should not be older than 6 months.

Notes:
1. When applicant applies for a temporary residence permit after arriving in the Netherlands, he/she will be examined for tuberculosis.
2. Resident permit will be granted for a, maximum period of 1 year.
3. No extension permitted.
