Proof of financial support such as foreign exchange endorsed in the passport, international credit card copy etc.
If applicant being the proprietor of the business than: documents relating to the financial position of the company, like proof of paid income-tax, company memorandum, partnership deed, establishment license or proprietorship, bank statements, etc.
Proof showing applicant's status in the company such as salary certificate, Form 16/16A.
All business correspondences with the sponsoring Dutch company if the applicant is visiting the Dutch company for the first time.
