Note:
1. Applicant under this category is required to pay an additional Rs.210 towards handling charges.
2. If the requirement of stay of the applicant in Malaysia is less then 30 days, application can be processed within 3 days even without the sponsorship letter.
3. High Commission retains the original documents which are forwarded to the Immigration Department at Kuala Lumpur. Generally approvals are received within one month.
4. Applicant must keep enquiring with the High Commission about the outcome of the application. Once it is confirmed, the applicant must submit his passport, with return confirmed ticket, for visa stamping.
