Employment Visa

This visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter Malaysia for the purpose of employment in Malaysia whether temporary of long-term. Spouse and dependents of such applicants are also entitled for a visa.

Confirmed air ticket
Proof of sufficient funds in the form of endorsements of Foreign exchange in the passport.

Covering letter from the applicant addressed to the commission explaining the purpose of visit to Malaysia
Medical certificate of the applicant duly issued to the commission appointed doctor
Work permit approval of the applicant

Note: The employer of the applicant will have to apply to the concerned authorities in Malaysia for the applicant’s work permit prior to applying in India. Only upon approval from that applicant is eligible to applying India
