- Alien registration certificate (copy) or passport of the person residing in Japan.
- Documents proving the profession and income of the applicant or spouse residing in Japan
- Guarantee letter by the concerned permanent resident. (See Annexure Japan-III)
2. If the applicant is a child of a permanent resident:
- Birth Certificate of the child.
- Other documents proving the relationship between the parent and the child
- Alien registration certificate/ copy/ or passport of the applicant or family income of the concerned foreign national.
- Guarantee letter by the concerned permanent resident or any other person living in Japan. (See Annexure Japan-III).
