- Documents proving the profession and income of applicant or spouse.
- Guarantee letter of the person living in Japan. (See Annexure Japan-III)
B. If the applicant is a child / adopted child of a Japanese national:
- Photocopy of family registration certificate of Japanese national.
- Birth certificate of the applicant (child).
- Other relevant documents to prove the personal relationship of parent and child.
- Documents proving the profession and income of applicant or his or her father or mother.
- Guarantee letter by the concerned Japanese national or any other person living in Japan. (See Annexure Japan-III)
