Visa Application
Documents Common to all Applicants
1. Valid passport (with 6 months validity)
2. Two passport size photographs (45mm x 45mm) not older than six months
3. Completed visa application forms (two sets)
4. Covering letter from the applicant.
5. Documents certifying the purpose of the visit.
6. Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Ministry of Justice-Japan (excluding in case of Short-term visa where visa issued for 90 days).

Notes:-
1. Submit original with one photocopy of each of the document.
2. For all documents except letter of guarantee (see Annexure Japan-III) there is no official format, so please produce own document in
an appropriate manner.
3. Applicants must confirm the visa fees before applying as it is subject to change.
4. Visa fee must be paid at the time of collection of visa
5. Processing time is at least 24 hours.
