Who can Apply?
This visa is issued to the prospective applicant who is working with an organization having business links in Japan and is going to Japan on a transfer.

4. Copy of company registration of the Indian company and documents showing business details.
5. Documents proving the activities, duration, position and salary of the applicant.
6. Diploma and other relevant documents proving the career of the applicant.
7. Documents to certify the relationship between the business office in India and the business office in Japan.

Activities authorised to be engaged in
Activities on the part of personnel who are transferred to business office in Japan for a limited period of time from business offices that are established in  foreign countries by public or private organizations with head office, branch offices, or other business offices in Japan and who engage at these business offices in the activities described in the “Engineer” or “Specialist in Humanities / International Services” sections of this chapter. Applicants must fulfill certain conditions concerning personal history and work status.
