Invitation visa
Documents Required
1. Completed application form. See Annexure Italy-I.
2. Recent passport size photographs (2) with white background not to be stapled with application form.
3. Passport valid for at least 90 days from visa expiry date (with at least one blank page). Passport should be issued by the RPO of the jurisdiction from where visa was applied for.
4. Applicant’s covering letter, mentioning duration, purpose of visit and travel itinerary.
5. Employer’s covering letter mentioning the professional status of applicant & purpose of visit. Purpose of visit for this type of visa should be a “public” one.
