(i) Contract of the acquisition or renting of apartment
(ii) Declaration according to articles 2 and 4 of the act 4.1.1968, no.15. (Check with Embassy for details)
(iii) Declaration made according to the same rules by an Italian citizen or foreigner residing in Italy, who attests having arranged accommodation for the applicant, corresponding to minimum parameters provided by regional law for accommodation in Public residential buildings.
6. Income proof acquired in the previous activity undertaken in the resding Country of an amount exceeding the level provided by the law for exemption of participation of health expenses (i.e.@Euro 8,400).
7. No Objection Certificate from territorially competent police headquarters.
In case of change in passport details, applicant must submit the proof of residence (bank account, telephone / electricity bill). Applicants are subject to interviews and presentation of other related documents if required.
