6. Invitation Letter from Italian company duly signed by authorized signatory to be directly faxed to the Italian Embassy / Consulate with a copy to the applicant. See Annexure Italy-II
7. Evidence of financial guarantees (bank account statement for past six months / foreign exchange endorsement on the passport and receipt / copy of credit card including the statement of credit limit).

8. Overseas Medical Insurance of minimum coverage of Euro 30,000 with inclusion of repatriation flight if required (original and copy).
9. Copy of the confirmed hotel booking or evidence showing hospitality offered by Italian company.
10. IT Challans of the Company / Applicant, Form16-A of the applicant Pay Slip for the last three months.
11. Previous visa copies issued in the past two years by Schengen countries, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland, USA or UK. (if any).

Important: In case of change in passport details, applicant must submit the proof of residence (bank account, telephone / electricity bill). Applicants are subject to interviews and presentation of other related documents if required.
