6. Invitation Letter from Italian company duly signed by its authorized to be directly faxed to the Italian Embassy / Consulate in India, with a copy to the applicant.
The letter should also mention that if the invited person violates any of the Italian Immigration law the Inviting Company in Italy would take the responsibility.
7. The invitation letter should also accompany the company’s Certificate of Registration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce.
8. If Visa is requested for a period that exceeds 30 days then the letter should have a declaration to the effect that the activity to be undertaken by the applicant will not fall under dependent or independent work category for which a regular work contract needs to be stipulated under Italian law.
9. Bank account details:
(i) Of the applicant for the last three years (Originals)
(ii) Of the company for the last three years (Originals).

14. Overseas Medical insurance of minimum coverage of Euro 30, 000 with inclusion of a repatriation flight if required (copy).
15. Confirmed return air ticket (original and copy).
16. Trade fair participant in Italy must submit the payment receipt of the stall
17. Import-export license, invoices o import-export, PAN card etc.

Important: In case of change in passport details, applicant must submit the proof of residence (bank account, telephone / electricity bill). Applicants are subject to interviews and presentation of other related documents if required.
