Documents Required
Fully completed and signed Visa Application form (in duplicate). See Annexure Ireland-I
Two passport size photographs.
A letter form the applicant's employer explaining the reason
for taking training, it's duration, details as to where the said training is scheduled to take place in Ireland (name of the company etc.), full contact details of the applicant's company in India and contact details of the company in Ireland.

A letter from the Irish company confirming the nature, dates and duration of training, including their full contact details.
Evidence from both companies as to who will be responsible for all costs) including training costs, travel, accommodation, and other expenses.
Evidence of obligations to return back to India e.g. letter from employer showing applicant's current employment situation and the date of expected return to employment/ college/ family commitments etc.
If the applicant is responsible to bear the cost:
Evidence of finances in the form of a detailed bank statement covering a 6 month period.
Notes:
1. It is advisable that the applicant have a medical/travel insurance covering the entire duration of visit.
2. All letters submitted should on official company headed paper giving complete contact details for verification purposes. These must include a full postal address, name of contact person, his/her position in the company, telephone number (land line) and email address where relevant. (Email addresses such as Yahoo or Hotmail are not accepted). Website address should also be included, if available.
