Documents Required
Fully completed and signed Visa Application form (in duplicate). See Annexure Ireland-I
Two passport size photographs.
Required visa fee.
All previous passports (if any).

A letter form the applicant's employer confirming that the applicant is taking the trip on the Company's behalf, the purpose of visit, and outlining as to who will be responsible for the cost of the trip - travel, accommodation, expenses etc. and confirming that the applicant will return back to India.
A letter from the Irish company confirming the visit, dates, reasons for visit, details as to who will meet cost of trip, accommodation details, and full contact details.
Evidence of prior link between both the companies, and evidence of communication between both the companies regarding this visit if any.
If the applicant is responsible to bear the cost:
Letter of explanation from the applicant for the reason of taking the trip at own cost.
Evidence of finances in the form of a detailed bank statement covering a 6 month period.

If the business trip is for more than two weeks - attach a detailed itinerary and reasons to justify this.
Evidence of obligations to return back to India e.g. letter from employer showing applicant's current employment situation and the date of expected to return to the employment/ college/ family commitments etc.

Notes:
1. It is advisable that the applicant have a medical/travel insurance covering entire duration of visit.
2. All letters submitted should be on official company headed paper giving complete contact details for verification purposes. These must include a full postal address, name of contact person, his/her position in the company, telephone number (landline) and email address where relevant. (Email addresses such as Yahoo or Hotmail are not accepted). Website address should also be included, if available.
