Applicant must note, that the above mentioned application must be made prior to applying for a visa under this category, as an application for Business Permission Visa cannot be considered' prior to obtaining the permission of the Minister. Once the permission has been obtained the applicant should then apply in India with the documents as mentioned herewith.

Documents Required
Fully completed and signed Visa Application form (in duplicate). See Annexure Ireland-I
Two passport size photographs.
Required visa fee.
Passport valid for at least 12 months.
Business permission letter from the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reforms.
