Proof of registration or a registration permit for a full course in a college or University in Belgium duly attested. OR Original acceptance letter from the applicant's college/ University where the applicant proposes to study.

Receipt of the Tuition fee as deposited by the applicant in the above college/University.
A pledge of financial support for students (affidavit of sponsorship). The sponsor who signs this pledge of financial support must have adequate means of subsistence and stand surety for any costs incurred by the applicant in terms of health treatment, residence in Belgium and repatriation etc.
Proof to establish the sponsor's financial status. Such as Income Tax returns, bank statement/ s, salary slips of the sponsor for the last 2 years (if employed) or any other document which the applicant may deem fit to establish his/her sponsor's financial capabilities.
Note: Applicant will be called for an interview.
