Business documents of the applicant's company in India, such as Certificate/registration from an Indian Chamber of commerce & Industries, Company profile, IEC allotment letter etc.
Proof of applicant's valid travel insurance policy, either individual or group, covering the cost of repatriation on medical grounds, urgent medical treatment and/or urgent hospital' treatment, transportation back to India if required for medical reasons.
Note: As a rule, applicant must take an international insurance policy in India. If the host takes an insurance policy for the applicant, the same must be done in his/her own country of residence. To find out which insurance policies are accepted, applicant is advised to contact the Greece embassy or consulate. The insurance must be valid throughout all of the Schengen countries and must cover the whole duration of the stay. The minimum cover is 30,000 euro.
Note: Applicant may also be called for a personal interview if required.
