Working Visa Long Stay Form (See Annexure France-II) EUR 99 More than 90 days  

Conditions
(1) There should be no eligible French or EU candidate available for the post advertised by the employer, since as a rule foreign national will not be granted a work permit in case the above condition is satisfied.
(2) Work permit visa applied for should not be for any casual employment.

Procedure
(1) Applicant to sign a contract with the employer in France.
(2) The employer to make an application with ANPE in France.

(3) ANPE internally transfers the file after processing to DDTEFP (Department of labour - France) for approval.
(4) Letter of approval from DDTEFP is sent to the applicant.
OR
(1) An application by the employer can directly be made to the OMI in France.
(2) Letter of approval from OMI is directly sent to the French consulate of the applicant's country of residence.
(3) French Consulate in turn will contact the applicant sending him the list of documents required.

Documents Required
Application form duly filled and signed. See Annexure France II. (For English translation of the application see Annexure France-III).
Passport photograph pasted on the form.
Original valid passport.
Credit card authority for visa fees. See Annexure France-V.

Police clearance certificate from the country of residence of more than one year over the last ten years.
A large pre-paid self-addressed registered envelope.

When traveling with dependents and/or spouse.
.Application form duly filled and signed. See Annexure France II. (For English translation of the application see Annexure France-III .
Passport photograph pasted on the form.
Original valid passport.
Marriage certificate for spouse.
Birth certificate for spouse and dependents.
Note: Dependents should be included in the main application.
