Ordinary Transit Visa

Who can apply?
Persons transiting through France with a stay period in France being more than 5 hours but not more than 5 days. All holders of BUDDY PASS and OPEN TICKET also need to apply for this Visa.

Documents Required
Application form duly filled and signed. See Annexure France-I.
Original Passport with a validity of at least six months.
Copy of the first page of the passport.
Two recent photographs.
Original covering letter of the applicant duly signed.
Photocopy of visa to the final destination.
Copy of Income Tax documents of last three years.
Copy of Bank statement of last six months.

Salary slips of last three months.
Copy of prepaid hotel booking confirmation.
Overseas medical insurance policy with repatriation, evacuation cover equivalent to 30,000 euros - original with one copy.
Air Ticket or E Ticket - original with one copy.
Copy of prepaid hotel booking confirmation.

Note: Faxes must be photocopied on A4 size paper.
