Two recent photographs as per the specification explained earlier.
Original Passport with a validity of at least six months.
Copy of the first page of the passport. .
Original covering letter duly signed.
Copy of prepaid hotel booking confirmation OR original sponsorship certificate (attested).
Itinerary copy prepared by travel agency (for tourists).
Copy of Income Tax documents of last three years.
Copy of Bank statement of last six months.
Salary slips of last three months.
Overseas medical insurance policy with repatriation, evacuation cover equivalent to 30,000 euros - original with one copy.
Air Ticket or E Ticket - original with one copy.
