Who can Apply?
Crew Men visas are issued to crewmembers on international aviation, i.e. air crew men, and navigation i.e. seamen.

Additional Documents Required

Indian seamen traveling on duty must provide:
. Letter of Guarantee from the shipping company.
. Seamen book showing following details:
- Details of the seamen.
- Date and port of joining ship.
A letter from the shipping agent in China is also required.

Note:
C-visa holders generally can stay up to 30 days in China during the validity period of the visa.
The application will be dealt in accordance with the mutual agreement. An invitation letter from the relevant department of the Chinese Government is required when there is no agreement or when the application is not within the agreement.
Air Crew Members and Seamen to visit China for touring or a family visit should apply for another L-visa despite the validity of their C-visas.
