Documents Required
Completed visa form for each applicant.
One latest passport size photo.
Copy of return ticket to Brazil / ticket in transit, with flight numbers, dates.
Travel itinerary.
Proof that the applicant is financially in a position to pay for the expenses towards the trip.

If minor:
Notarized letter of consent from parents or guardian.
If signed by guardian also submit the proof of guardianship.
Note: 1. In case any other services are used, pay accordingly as explained in the para Procedure & Conditions common to all applicants.
