Document detailing the place where services will be rendered along with the detailed description of activities to be performed by the applicant during his stay in Brazil.
Affidavit from Brazilian Organization assuring responsibility of financial support and a guarantee regarding applicant's return to the country to India upon completion of the work.
Health insurance valid in Brazil (copy) OR A copy of the receipt issued by the Indian insurance company to the applicant.

Proof regarding existence of the sponsoring organization in Brazil:
Social Statute details.
Records pertaining to the current Board of Directors (any of the two).
Proof of Brazilian Organization's Registration in Council of Social Assistance (National, State, Municipal I Federal District).
Evidence showing that the organization is regularly functioning.
Letter of appointment from the Brazilian organization indicating the work to be performed by the applicant in Brazil, duly signed by an authorized representative.
Police Certificate showing the candidate has no criminal records.
