. For at least 2 of the 4 years immediately before the application is made, the applicant should have occupied a position in the 3 highest levels of the management structure of a major business in which he was responsible for strategic policy development affecting a major component or a wide range of operations of that major business.

. The applicant's (or the applicant's and his spouse's combined) business and personal assets should have a net value of at least A$250,000,
which were lawfully acquired and available for transfer to Australia within 2 years after the grant of a State / Territory Sponsored Senior Executive (Provisional) Visa, plus sufficient assets available to settle in Australia (usually around A$50,000).
