Offers admission to the following regular training courses - (i) Diploma in Tool, Die & Mould Making (DTDM) - Duration - 4 year. Eligibility - SSC/Matric. Age - 15-19 years as on 31st August. Seats - 30 seats.
(ii) Advanced Tool Maker's Course (ATM) - Duration - 2-year. Eligibility - SSC/Matric with ITI in anyone of Tool & Die Maker/Fitter/Machinist/Turner. Age - 25 years. Seats - 20 seats. (iii) Advanced Machinist Course (AMC) - Duration - 3-year. Eligibility - SSC (10th class) or equivalent examination appeared but failed with Maths & Science as subjects (Only allied candidates). Age - 15-24 years. Seats - 30. Reservation - Reservation exists as per Govt. of India rules. Last date - June. Entrance Test - July. Prescribed application form and prospectus can be had from the Superintendent (Trg.), Central Institute of Tool Design, Balanagar, Hyderabad 500037 (Andhra Pradesh) on payment of requisite charges
