offers 2-year Advanced Course in Footwear Technology (Seats 25) to male candidates only. The course is in collaboration with the Textile Institute, London, UK. Eligibility - Age - 18-25 years (Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of SC/ ST candidates) as on November 1. Educational: 10+2 passed.
Desirable - I-year practical experience, sponsored by registered Small Scale Industries Footwear Unit, Graduate in any discipline or Diploma/ Degree in Engineering/Technology. Selection is made on the basis of merit in entrance test & interview. Reservation - 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates & 7-1/2% for ST candidates. Application forms can be had from The Director, Central Footwear Training Centre, Agra 282002 on payment of requisite charges. Notification - July. Last date - August.
