Eligibility: Qualified nationals of all countries between 21 and 28 holding a university degree. Candidates must have resided in New Zealand for at least five years immediately preceding the year of selection. Value: $4,800 if held as a supplement to a University Grants Committee Postgraduate scholarship; $4,000 if held in New Zealand; $6,000 if held overseas.
