Dutch students grants and loans system:
Students from an EEA country may apply for either a student grant within the Dutch student grants and loans system or a tuition fee allowance. It is not possible to apply for both forms of financial assistance simultaneously. Students from non-EEA countries are not eligible for student grants or tuition fee allowances within the Dutch study grants and loan system. Further information: www.uu.nl/internationalmasters>finance.

Grants and Scholarships
Students who need financial support may be interested to know that Utrecht University, the Dutch government and a number of private organisations run special schemes to help students finance their education. You can find information on these on our website www.uu/nl/internationalmasters > finance or try www.grantfinder.nl an online search engine for those who want to study in the Netherlands and are looking for financial aid.

Please note that grants and scholarships seldom cover all of the costs of studying and living. You will need a well-balanced financial plan to provide support during your time of study. Enrolment in a Master's degree programme at Utrecht University does not automatically constitute an offer of financial support.
